“Beating Cheating” Review

“I had to find out the truth… whatever the cost.”

That was truly how I felt when I was going through Shawn’s infidelity. I had suspected something for a long time, and thought I should probably follow my instincts. I wanted to confront him, but didn’t have the facts.

I even got to the point where I felt like I could handle it if he was cheating, but I had to know. That was the thing that nagged at me night and day. It was the uncertainty that hung over my head like that dark cloud that follows Eeyore around.

A friend recommended I purchase the ebook, “Beating Cheating” that had just become available. The sales page for the book promised even more than I was looking to find out. I wanted to know, number one, if he was cheating or not. Beating Cheating promised to do that along with finding out who they were cheating with, and when, where, and for how long it had been going on. To be honest, I wasn’t sure I was ready to handle the answers to those other questions.

I was still somewhat hesitant, but Jim Walthby, the author of the book, promised he would teach me a “straight forward and uncomplicated way to quickly discover and prove the truth about an unfaithful partner that’s 100% tested, proven and guaranteed to work or [my] money back, without question.”

How can you pass up an offer like that? So many of the other products I had seen did not seem confident in their ability to deliver, or offered complicated ways to test bodily fluids in his underpants. I was not exactly filled with confidence, needless to say.

The other thing this book was not was a guide to getting the spark back in the marriage. You know, I thought if I found out he wasn’t cheating (which I doubted), I would be happy to work on the marriage. But I wanted to uncover his deception, and I wanted to do it quickly and easily.

Jim’s book was based on work done by a number of private eyes who have uncovered cheaters for years. It included signs that every cheater demonstrates, how to uncover some seemingly obvious (but mostly overlooked!) clues of cheating that most cheaters never cover up (case in point with Shawn), how to gather the pertinent evidence without raising suspicion, and so much more.

I went ahead and purchased the book. I liked that it was delivered digitally, as it was late one night waiting for him to come home that I purchased it. I also liked the very low price ($40) — that was money well spent, and I liked that it came with an eight-week money-back guarantee. I knew that if this didn’t work for some reason, I would know that within two months and could get my money back. It was really a no-lose proposition.

Long story short, this book gave me just what I was looking for. Sadly, my suspicions were confirmed and my (now-ex) husband’s cheating ways were uncovered. Once I really knew the truth, I actually felt a lot calmer; a lot more at ease. I felt like now I was the one in control. Through this book, as well as some therapy during and after the divorce, I came to realize that it wasn’t me, it was him. Easy to say now, but I really had been blaming myself.

This book gave me the power to step out of the victim’s role and take charge of my life. I am now happier, healthier, and in a loving and caring relationship. (Still, thanks to Beating Cheating, I know what to do should I ever suspect this one of any foul play!)
